Brown and Groenewegen-Lau explore the goals, trends and international ties of China’s biotech sector and introduce options for Europe to develop its own strategy on biotechnology. The analysis is part of the MERICS China Tech Observatory (CTO), a project funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF).
