From the Plenum to the People: Political Shifts and Grassroots Perspective

While the 3rd Plenum of the Chinese Communist Party’s XXth Central Committee generated a lot of expectations built up beforehand and as it is now three months behind us, our webinar hosted a dialogue moderated by Jean-François Di Meglio, president of Asia Centre.

Between a "scholar's voice", as Prof. Cabestan could be referred to and a "returnee-expert", as our other eminent member, Isabelle Feng can be described since she was just back from a field trip throughout the "post 3d Plenum China". They crossed comments, observations and analyses based on their readings of both the main outputs of the plenum and the testimonies collected during Ms. Feng's trip.
